Hello everyone,
I would like to welcome you to the McCalla / Greenwood Boards. This site was created so that people from our community could chat, converse and post any variety of things specific to our communities. I am hoping that this site will be as widely used as the HelenaBoards site. Feel free to post anything regarding McAdory Elementary, McAdory Middle & High School, McCalla Ballpark, Church functions for the area, and just anything community related here. You are free to have your opinions and everything will be loosely moderated.

Thanks so much. I rarely post on al.com because of all the "regulars" who reply whether they have anything meaningful to say or not.

Yes, I did this because those that are from McCalla are constantly being attacked and flamed by others and I can't exactly tell if they are people from the Bessemer area or what, but either way I hope this works out.

I'm just thrilled that all my posts are still here after a few days...not deleted without explanation. I really hope everyone will leave al.com and come over here.

I want this to be loosely moderated. Everyone has freedom of their own opinion. The only way that I will delete posts and put people in time out per say is if they get nasty & vulgar. I also will not put up with specific kids being critized. Other than that, post away!

I just wanted to clean our posts up a little. I am creating catagories and forums within so that are posts will be a little more organized. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
