What's the JeffCo Sewer ammendment about? Is it saying that right now, tenants are NOT responsible for their sewer bills? Is the term "tenant" anyone who owns or rents a home or just a renter? It wouldn't surprise me for the comission to try to slide something in on us to pay off their mess...

Well, I would assume that it meant a renter, but with these nutjobs in office I am not sure. I guess I will be researching this sometime today. I will let you know what I find out.

Thanks for posting the ballot.

In the Bham News on Sunday, Nov 2, they will have these amendments clarified, in plain English so we can figure out what we're voting on.

Of course, they will give their opinion on how we should vote, but that's up to you.

The News usually does a good job explaning the amendments.
